I've been working on soft art animals for about 2 years now. I have a vision in my head for what I'd like them to look like and it is most definitely NOT like everyone else's, Learning to sew and read patterns has been quite a challenge! My goal, however, is to make my own style of things and with my own patterns.
I feel like I'm on the brink of finally figuring out this bear pattern I've been struggling with. I've been deep into what I call " bear r & d " (research & development) and man, I've failed so much. Over and over again. Have I wanted to give up? Hell ya. But today, I'm glad I haven't. It's rare to feel good about something you create and work on and finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Message for this week is to just keep trying.
